Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hairdresser to join our team. We have a super busy Hair and Beauty salon, which is continuously growing. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairstyling, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities for personal growth and skill development within a vibrant salon setting. We also offer many perks to the job.

Duties
  • Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon environment.
  • Assist with store management tasks as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
Qualifications
  • Must be atleast Level 2 Qualified with salon experience
  • Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of hairstyling work.
  • Skills in barbering are desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and high standards of hygiene and safety compliance. This role is ideal for passionate professionals eager to expand their skills within a supportive team environment.
