The Role Were looking for an organised and proactiveCare Coordinatorto support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while helping to grow and develop our services. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, rota management, and the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate care packages from referral through to delivery * Manage and optimise staff rotas (holidays, absence, coverage) * Recruit, onboard, and support care staff * Liaise with clients, carers, and professionals (GPs, Commissioners, Nurses) * Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and service quality * Conduct staff supervisions and support performance management * Support business growth through client relationship management * Participate in anon-call rota About You * Experience in adomiciliary care coordination role(preferred) * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills * Confident communicator with a proactive approach * Experience with rostering systems (e.g. Access Planner desirable) * Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We Offer * Competitive salary - starting from £23,133 * Career progression opportunities * Supportive, team-focused environment * Company pension JBRP1_UKTJ
