Reporting to senior leadership, the new Sales Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving growth by leading and developing the sales team responsible for expanding market reach within their industry. About you Proven track record of supervising, coaching, and developing sales teams to consistently exceed targets Strong experience overseeing teams that engage with senior executives and procurement professionals Exceptional leadership, motivation, and performance-management skills Demonstrated ability to drive a team to meet or exceed collective sales targets Highly motivated, strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building and people-management skills What you'll do Take a list of active accounts and lead by example in selling Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets across key regions Coach team members through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and handover to account management Set objectives, monitor individual and team performance, and provide ongoing feedback and development Oversee market intelligence, identify new opportunities, and support the team at industry networking events Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and exceed customer expectations Follow VANRATH on LinkedIn for expert career advice, the latest jobs, industry news and much more Skills: Sales SaaS Sales Supervisor Team Leader T0eam Supervisor SDR Benefits: Work From Home bonus + benefits
