Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Play key roles intakingNPDto marketincluding idea generation, preparation of business plans, P&L management, go to market planning for both AU and NZ, and post launch audits
Develop and implement annual advertising, POS,publicityand consumer promotion plans for assigned category portfolio
Liaise with agencies to develop & execute marketing & advertising campaigns
Monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting
Assistin strategy development including one and three-year plans
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and manage monthly A&P spend
Communicate&coordinatecross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Management
Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals.
What you'll bring:
Demonstratedstakeholder management skills with an ability to liaise with multiple departments/stakeholdersin order tomeet outcomes or deadlines
Brand management experience inFMCGor similaraccountabilities
Understanding of marketing processesand systems(e.g. Stage Gate, DAMs, etc)
Problem solver who canthink outside the box, with resilience to bounce back from setbacks
Project managementcapabilityon NPD, renovation,innovationor advertising
Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations
Ability to think strategically and translate this thinking into measurable actions
Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiencyinproductivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office (esp.PowerPoint and Excel)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing,Communicationsor related discipline
Minimum2+years in marketing (or marketing related) experience
- DemonstratedA&P cost management and forecasting/budgeting experience
