This role is ideal if you’re looking for set weekly working hours that fit around your existing commitments, while still making a meaningful difference.
About the role
Our Homecare support is often delivered at critical points throughout the day, meaning shifts may be short, varied and spread across the day. Your support could make all the difference in helping someone maintain their independence, wellbeing and daily routines.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for people who:
💙 Are caring, reliable and committed to person-centred support
💙 Are happy to commit to working shorter set sessions – this could be during the morning, afternoon, or evening to fit around your existing commitments.
💙 Can travel to different locations across North and/or South RCT
💙 Have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle (essential)
💙 Have previous care or support experience (desirable, but not essential)
💙 Want to make a real difference in people’s lives
Registration & Training
As this role involves providing support within social care, registration with Social Care Wales (SCW) will be required. If you’re not already registered, we will support you through the registration process.
You will also receive full training and ongoing support, so you can feel confident in your role and the difference you’re making.
