Job description
Designate Team Manager - UK Team Manager Join M&S as a Team Manager in Fashion, Home & Beauty, where you’ll lead from the front and play a critical role in reshaping our stores for the next generation of customers. This isn’t a back-office leadership role. You’ll be on the shop floor, setting the pace, raising standards, and inspiring your team to deliver standout style, sharp service, and strong commercial results, even when the pressure is on. We’re looking for confident, people‑first leaders who thrive in fast‑moving environments, make bold decisions, and know how to bring the best out of others.
