Job description
Join one of London’s leading schools as a Payroll Administrator, where your accuracy and organisation genuinely matter. You’ll be involved in end‑to‑end payroll for a committed staff team, work closely with HR and finance, and be part of a community that values professionalism, trust, and purpose. Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and college policies. * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date payroll records. * Assist with internal and external audits when required. * Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. * Prepare clear and insightful payroll reports for management. * Support system updates and contribute to ongoing process improvements. * Apply strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to deliver excellent service to all members of the college community. Who You Are We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive data with complete confidentiality. You’ll have proven experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and you’ll be confident prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
