Most wellness brands are still trying to figure out how ecommerce, marketplaces, creators and social commerce fit together. This one is already well on its way. The position Were looking for an Ecommerce Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility across ecommerce, marketplaces, affiliates and social commerce. While TikTok Shop will be a major focus, this isnt a one-channel role. Youll be working across multiple touchpoints to help drive revenue, improve performance and build a stronger digital commerce operation. If you enjoy spotting opportunities, testing ideas, optimising what works and turning commercial potential into measurable results, youll feel right at home. What youll be doing * Driving ecommerce growth across key digital channels * Taking ownership of TikTok Shop performance and expansion * Managing product listings, promotions, bundles and trading activity * Working with creators, affiliates and partners to drive customer acquisition * Monitoring performance data and turning insights into action * Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies across ecommerce, CRM, paid media and content * Identifying new opportunities to improve revenue, conversion and customer experience Why this role is interesting TikTok Shop is a significant opportunity for the business. Experience with TikTok Shop is essential and well need to see evidence of success in that in your background.
