Job description
A highly successful academy in Wolverhampton is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their central office. You will support the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on the Single Central Record (SCR), staff recruitment, and onboarding. This role is essential for ensuring the school remains compliant with safeguarding regulations while providing a smooth professional experience for all staff members. The School Environment This is a school that stays grounded despite its high academic results. It is a busy, high-energy workplace where the leadership team trusts you to manage your own tasks and priorities. The administration and HR office is well-established, fostering a sense of professional trust and mutual respect across the entire school. Requirements * Essential: Previous experience in HR administration or a highly regulated office environment. Essential: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to data protection and compliance. Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship ). Someone who is approachable, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
