Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire at Office Manager on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day running of our clients administration and operational functions.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities across administration, scheduling, reporting, inbox management and team support. You will act as a central point of oversight, ensuring work is prioritised effectively.
