£14.80 Per Hour

A Full UK Manual driving licence is essential for this role.

Who this position suits:

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific)

You don't need to have worked in care before if you're kind, patient, and willing to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.

It could suit someone who's helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.

If you're the type of person who enjoys listening, lending a hand, and helping others live life to the fullest, you'll fit right in here.

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

Whilst we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on your current visa.

About the Service:

There are six people living at the service: one male and five females. We work in a person-centred way, ensuring that each individual is supported to make choices, achieve their goals and live the best life possible.

Staff support individuals with their personal care needs and daily activities, promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times. This includes assistance with routines such as washing, dressing, and grooming, as well as encouraging participation in meaningful activities that support health, wellbeing, and social engagement.
