Job Details Childcare Host | Qualified | Immediate Start | EU Nationals | Work Abroad Location: Flexible Workplace: Onsite Type of Contract: Flexible Contract (Working Abroad) - Full Time Working Time: Summer Job ID: This Childcare Host job is open to childcare qualified individuals with an EU passport who are able to start immediately within the next few weeks. If you already live in one of our destinations and have all necessary right to work/live documents, please check our local opportunities. ABOUT OUR OFFER Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. Private Health Insurance with Allianz or Sanitas included. Costs for your visa/work-permit and background check processing are covered. “All Inclusive” package, including flights to and from destination, accommodation with own bedroom, as well as meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times. Access to free language lessons & the TUI Learning Hub to help you level-up and grow your career. Opportunity to apply for the TUI Childcare Academy and work towards a TUI Assured Childcare Qualification, delivered in partnership with NCFE *subject to manager approval based on business needs. ABOUT THE JOB Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines. You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements. ABOUT YOU You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians. For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory. You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team. Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure. You are fully conversational in English and ideally one of the following: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish. From a workplace to a place to belong.
