Job description
Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) Salary: Highly competitive - DOE Location: Office-based Park Recruit are working exclusively with a growing building services design consultancy to appoint a Mechanical Design Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, technically strong team delivering high-quality design solutions across a range of projects. Based in Belfast, this role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in building services who is looking to progress their career and gain greater exposure to project delivery and client interaction. The Role As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will: Deliver mechanical building services designs (HVAC, heating, ventilation) Produce and coordinate designs using Revit Support projects from concept through to completion Attend site visits and assist with client communication Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years experience gained in building services design environment Strong working knowledge of Revit Project Management skills Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Working towards chartership - desireable Experience in project leading and client-facing duties Familiarity with IES VE software - desireable Why Apply?
