Job description
A really well-regarded school in Cambridge needs an organised Registrar to join the office team as soon as possible. You’ll be the main point of contact for new families joining the school, handling everything from initial tours to the technical side of student enrolment. This isn't just about data entry; it’s about being a welcoming face for the school while making sure the paperwork and admissions systems are kept in perfect order. The School Environment This is a school that takes its "Outstanding" status seriously but stays grounded. It’s a calm, well-ordered place to work where the staff actually have time to talk to each other. Leadership here trusts you to get on with your job, and the admin team is seen as a vital part of why the school runs so well. It’s a professional setting, but it’s a friendly one where people work hard and support one another. Requirements Essential: You’ve worked in a school office or admissions role before. Essential: You’re comfortable using school systems like SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom to manage student data. Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship ). Someone who is great with people and has a sharp eye for detail. Salary and Benefits Full-time, permanent role. Salary Range: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience).
