Mobile Seed Plant Operator

Job Overview We are looking for a Mobile Seed Plant Operator to join the Frontier team, based at Nayland on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will be responsible for driving to farms and processing farm‑saved seed, checking quality of the seed, taking samples and maintaining mobile machinery while ensuring the site and machinery are clean and tidy and health and safety processes are always adhered to. Alongside this role you will support the workshop fabrication team with the in‑house manufacture of our bespoke mobile seed processors.
