Job description
Associate Manager - London Area Inclusive of Stratford Store, White City Store & our flagship Oxford Street Store. Description We are hiring for an Associate Manager to join our central London stores. There’s an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best Customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end Retail staff. An Associate Manager role is a fantastic way of joining the business, as it enables the successful applicant to work in a number of stores within the area. This will enable the successful applicant a perfect opportunity to work through a substantial training plan which will enable them to succeed when appointed a store. This is a mobile Store Manager role and gives the Manager a chance to be fully operational before moving into a home store. It would also be suitable for someone who would like to experience life in the field or get taste for how other stores operate. We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different. Our aim is to continue to build and create an environment where our employee can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate with you, every step of the way. Regular 1-2-1’s, training, and support will be available but most importantly, you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us. We also have a track record of progression, support, and training. We have a plethora of examples across our teams where people have progressed upwards or into completely new opportunities within the business.
