Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estée Lauder Companies Supply Chain function for a Commercial Region Supply Planner. The Supply Planner will be responsible for inventory management across a Brand/cluster of Brands for the UK Region. The position will drive inventory optimization whilst maintaining service delivery and enhancing decisions by improving supply chain analytics and reporting. This will involve utilising systems and driving process enhancements, including SAP, o9 and Power BI to provide a service quality that supports the brands consumer promise. The role will require building compelling narratives to explain and improve business performance, whilst developing & maintaining collaborative relationships, that support and deliver a best-in-class Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Qualifications
Technical Toolkit: Experienced with Excel and SAP BI (ideally SAP SCM/ECC & APO) to confidently manage and navigate our systems.
Data into Action: The ability to look at data, spot the narrative, and translate it into clear, actionable insights for the business.
Leadership & Collaboration: A proven track record of managing a team and the communication skills to confidently share recommendations with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Project Management: Great attention to detail, high accuracy, and strong project management skills to keep initiatives moving forward.
Working Style: A proactive, self-directed professional who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of their work.
