Job description
UniHomes is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build to Rent (BTR) sectors. This remote role will cover Central and South regions, including London and Birmingham, and offers a base salary of £35,000 plus commission (OTE £70,000). A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. In this role, you will develop partnerships with accommodation providers, manage relationships, and ensure partners gain value from our services.
