Seeking a dynamic customer advisor to join our Personal Lines team in AB&C Insurance.

With five offices across Northern Ireland in Belfast, Lisburn, Banbridge, Lurgan, and Dungannon, AB&C Insurance focuses on delivering a personal, straightforward service that helps customers secure the right cover at competitive prices.
Role Description The Customer Advisor (Personal Lines) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lurgan. In this position, you will handle personal lines insurance enquiries, provide quotations, process new policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant. You will engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, clarifying cover options and guiding them to suitable solutions. The role involves maintaining high service standards, managing a personal workload, and following up on leads to support retention and growth. You will also collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex queries and contribute to a positive, customer-focused branch environment.
