We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN) to join our team. As an Registered Nurse at St Andrews, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the health and well‑being of our residents. Responsibilities * Assess and monitor residents health status. * Develop and implement individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Provide wound care and other nursing procedures. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. * Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans. * Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. * Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. * Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families. * Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
