YOUR NEW JOB:
For our store in Westfield White City WN we are looking for a Store Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the District Manager you will be responsible for the general running of your store. You will ensure that sales targets are exceeded customer service is at its highest level and the store image is impeccable. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team and maintaining an atmosphere that is always active and pleasant.
40 hours per week Monday to Sunday.
Full flexibility required.
At least 1 year of proven experience in a Store Manager role within the retail industry is a must.
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading coaching and developing teams.
