Receptionist
A Good Ofsted School in Bournemouth is seeking a professional organised and welcoming Receptionist to join its dedicated support staff team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people and wants to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a successful secondary school.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors parents students and external agencies ensuring that everyone receives a professional and positive experience when interacting with the school.
Responsibilities will include answering telephone calls greeting visitors managing visitor sign-in procedures handling incoming and outgoing post responding to enquiries maintaining records and providing administrative support to the wider school office.
You will also assist with student queries support attendance administration where required and contribute to the smooth running of the schools reception and administrative functions. The role requires excellent communication skills strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a busy environment.

Previous receptionist or administrative experience desirable
