Food Technology Teacher

You would be working in a well-equipped Design Technology faculty teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4. The department benefits from modern specialist kitchens and excellent facilities that allow students to develop practical culinary skills alongside a strong understanding of nutrition food science and healthy living.

Students are enthusiastic about Food Technology and enjoy learning through practical lessons that develop confidence creativity and independence. The curriculum encourages students to explore a variety of ingredients preparation methods and nutritional concepts while developing skills that can be applied throughout their lives.

The department has a strong track record of excellent outcomes and teachers work collaboratively to ensure students achieve their full potential. Staff are encouraged to contribute to enrichment activities food-related projects and wider curriculum opportunities.
