As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, leading and developing our talented team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences. Your managerial skills will ensure smooth and consistent service, while your creativity and attention to detail will elevate our dishes to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the kitchen team to achieve excellence in food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food knowledge and culinary techniques.
• Organise and manage the kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to guarantee seamless service.
• Uphold a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create memorable dishes.

What you Need:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for food.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
