And now were looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to help shape what comes next for our Sweets division.
This is a high-impact role where finance meets strategy and collaboration is key. Youll work closely with commercial sales marketing and brand teams getting under the skin of customer performance market dynamics and margin opportunities and turning insight into action.
This role can be home-based with some travel to sites and key meetings as needed ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility but enjoys being close to the brands and people they support.
Leading on commercial insight and pricing strategy
Business partnering across sales and brand functions
Supporting big-name customer relationships and decision-making
Bringing fresh thinking to how we grow profitably and sustainably
Managing and developing two finance team members
Qualifications :
Were looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) ideally with FMCG experience and someone who can confidently move between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis and still make it make sense to non-finance stakeholders.
