The Opportunity
A group of specialist construction companies operating from the same Milton Keynes office is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager. The businesses deliver roofing, cladding, facades and wider construction schemes across multiple sectors, offering genuine variety and exposure to different project types.
This role suits a proactive health and safety professional who enjoys influencing best practice, shaping standards and working closely with senior leadership, site teams and clients. Youll play a key part in strengthening safety performance and driving continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead health, safety and compliance strategy across roofing, cladding and construction operations
Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across multiple companies
Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
