Conveyancing Assistant – Skipton
I'm working with a well-regarded regional law firm seeking a Commercial Property Assistant to join its team in Skipton. This full-time role offers hybrid working and is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience supporting a busy legal team.
You will provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Team, helping Solicitors and fee earners manage a high-volume caseload of sale, purchase and lease transactions.
Key responsibilities include opening and managing files, preparing correspondence and legal documents, liaising with clients and third parties, ordering searches, handling post and providing general administrative support to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, confidence using IT systems and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
