About the Role You will teach Design & Technology across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons that inspire creativity and technical confidence. Students will explore areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, Graphics, and design processes while developing practical making skills, CAD/CAM understanding, and evaluative thinking. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level DT qualifications, supporting them in developing strong technical and analytical skills while encouraging innovation and independent thinking. You will work collaboratively within a supportive DT department while benefiting from smaller class sizes, excellent facilities, and a strong focus on personalised learning.
