The Role

Join Capcos Wealth & Asset Management practice as an AI Business Consulting Lead helping leading wealth managers private banks asset managers and investment platforms unlock measurable value from AI-enabled transformation. This role combines strategic advisory transformation delivery stakeholder leadership and AI commercialisation helping clients leverage technologies such as GPT Copilot and broader AI/ML capabilities to drive business value through practical responsible and scalable adoption.

Operating at Principal Consultant level you will lead complex client engagements oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business operations technology risk and compliance functions. You will play a key role in identifying AI-enabled opportunities shaping transformation roadmaps supporting responsible AI adoption and driving enterprise-wide change across Wealth & Asset Management organisations while ensuring solutions remain practical human-led and aligned to business objectives.

This role is suited to individuals who combine deep Wealth & Asset Management expertise with strong consulting capability and practical experience delivering AI-enabled business transformation within highly regulated environments.

What Youll Do

• Lead AI-enabled transformation programmes across Wealth & Asset Management organisations identifying opportunities to improve advisor productivity client experience operational efficiency and investment processes using approved AI tools and practical automation where they add value.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders facilitating executive discussions shaping AI adoption strategies and translating business challenges into scalable AI use cases and transformation roadmaps.

• Oversee delivery activities across complex transformation programmes leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting governance stakeholder management delivery planning and change execution.

• Partner with technology product engineering risk and compliance teams to support the development testing governance and deployment of AI-enabled solutions with appropriate controls auditability and human oversight.

• Contribute to the growth of Capcos Wealth & Asset Management AI proposition through thought leadership client development team mentoring capability building and the sharing of practical AI use cases and responsible adoption approaches.

What Were Looking For

• Significant consulting transformation or AI-enabled change experience within Wealth & Asset Management Private Banking Asset Management or Investment Platform environments.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies including GPT Copilot generative AI NLP foundation models and enterprise AI adoption considerations within regulated financial services organisations.

• Proven experience leading complex programmes consulting engagements or transformation initiatives with strong knowledge of governance frameworks stakeholder management and organisational change delivery.

• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels translating emerging technologies into commercially relevant business outcomes and practical transformation strategies.

• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with experience balancing innovation governance risk management compliance and responsible AI adoption within enterprise environments.

Bonus Points For

• Experience leading AI commercialisation AI product delivery or enterprise AI adoption initiatives within wealth management private banking or asset management organisations.

• Previous consulting or advisory experience within a professional services environment at Principal Consultant or equivalent level.

• Familiarity with AI governance model risk management MLOps responsible AI frameworks or regulatory considerations relating to AI deployment.

• Experience building senior client relationships contributing to business development activities or supporting proposition and capability development.

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Power Automate or enterprise AI ecosystems supporting productivity and workflow transformation.
