Do you love books that pop, flap, fold, make sounds and surprise children?
We’re building an exciting new novelty books division at Curious Universe, and we’re looking for a creative Midweight Designer to help bring it to life.
Working in a small, agile team alongside an artworker and manager, you’ll design imaginative, commercial and trend-led children’s novelty books – from board books and sound books to pop-ups and playful interactive formats.
You’ll need a strong creative eye, a passion for children’s books, and experience designing novelty board books. You’ll be confident using Adobe Creative Suite, understand print and artworking requirements, and have a portfolio full of clever, engaging design ideas.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join at the start of something new, shape a growing area of our business, and create books that children will love and retailers will want on their shelves.
