Summary:
The Neighbourhood Officer provides comprehensive administrative tenancy management and customer-focused support to the Neighbourhood Services Team helping to deliver high-quality housing management services across a designated geographical area. The role supports tenancy sustainment estate management anti-social behaviour (ASB) prevention and enforcement activities tenancy administration void management garage and parking asset administration and housing-related customer services.
