About the role
This is a new position so we can provide the best possible care to our Residents at our stunning new village, Ōtau Ridge Care Home in Clevedon, South Auckland.
Hours are 40 hours a week, Sunday to Thursday 08:30am to 5:00pm.
The position is primarily responsible for delivery of premium care hospitality services to Aged Care Residents in our Care Suites and also has a strong sales aspect. The role is required to support the Nurse Manager in a variety of areas in the care home, maintaining a strong resident and family partnership, supporting in the selling of Care suites to potential new residents, whilst delivering exceptional daily resident experiences.
Some of the great things you will do:
- Supporting with selling of Care suites
- Assisting Care Suite residents in a concierge-like capacity
- Co-ordinating resident admissions and transitions (from Village) to care
- Assisting the Nurse Manager to ensure front-of-house areas are presented attractively and are aligned to our design and service philosophy.
- Assisting residents with any queries in relation to housekeeping, laundry and other services
About you
You will have previous experience in hospitality/guest service and/or Sales type positions, ideally in Aged Care, or client service facing roles. You are 'passionate & driven' to suceed, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a desire to provide a premium service to our Care Suite Residents and their families.
