We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Blandford Comptoir, as well as our intimate Private Chef's Table at Vinoly. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded chef with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine, seasonal produce, and developing a high-performing team.
The Role
As Head Chef, you will oversee every aspect of the kitchen operation, ensuring consistently outstanding food while maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cost control, and team development. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will help create innovative seasonal menus that perfectly complement our award-winning wine programme.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
