Libbys Bread & Wine is an established café, bakery, and wine bar in the heart of Marple Bridge, known for its artisan breads, seasonal menus, locally sourced ingredients, and carefully curated wine selection. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality food with a premium yet relaxed service style, in a warm and welcoming environment.
Were entering an exciting new chapter, rebuilding our kitchen team and refining our operation with a strong focus on structure, consistency, and quality. This role is an important part of that rebuild.
The Opportunity
Were looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is a great opportunity for a chef who wants to work in a quality-led environment, develop their leadership skills, and be part of a well-organised, professional kitchen.
This role will suit a Sous Chef from a restaurant background who enjoys cooking at a high standard but is looking for more balanced hours and fewer late nights than a traditional restaurant role.
