Bid Writer – Wolverhampton Location: Wolverhampton – hybrid working Salary: £38,000–£45,000 Working hours: 9:00 am–4:00 pm Inception Pro are recruiting for a Bid Writer on behalf of an established, family-owned commercial vehicle business. About the role You’ll take ownership of bids from the first discussion through to submission, turning input from colleagues across the business into clear, persuasive responses that help secure new contracts and retain existing customers. You’ll also help shape the bid strategy, develop the bid library and improve the tools used to pursue future opportunities. Hybrid working Flexible hybrid working is available, potentially with two days working from home and three days in the office each week. The business recognises the need for quiet, focused time when preparing bids. Working from home may begin before probation is completed, with the timing and weekly arrangements to be agreed with the successful candidate.
