Teacher Trainer Lecturer – Broxbourne and Ware – 2 days per week - £31.01 per hour
We are recruiting for a Teacher Training Lecturer for Hertford Regional College (HRC) to deliver the full range of professional services associated with programmes of teaching, learning, assessment and student support, across the college. This is an opportunity for a passionate and experienced coach/mentor to join a team of professionals motivated to support and inspire teaching staff and drive excellence in teaching, learning and support for students – cross campus at Ware and Broxbourne, 1 or 2 days per week (0.4) until July 2027.
About The Role
The Teacher Tainer Lecturer will educate and prepare future teachers at HRC, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and understanding necessary to become effective educators. This involves delivering high-quality instruction, developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
You will be required to work cross Campus (Ware and Broxbourne) and deliver lessons remotely online.
The hours offered are 0.4 fraction with flexibility of days and times - with 1 evening a week and 1 day a week minimum, starting Mid-August 2026 ongoing until July 2027.
The rate of pay is £31.01 per hour including holiday pay.
