This particular project is part of a prestigious new golf resort, with a clear focus on premium accommodation and high-end finishes. Your new role As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of six luxury accommodation lodges, each valued at approximately £3.5m, forming a key phase of this landmark development. You will be responsible for: Managing the full on-site construction process through to completion Coordinating subcontractors with a strong emphasis on quality, sequencing, and finish Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards Working closely with project stakeholders to maintain expectations on a high-spec, client-facing scheme Overseeing the delivery of high-end internals and fit-out, ensuring exceptional attention to detailThis is a permanent role offering long-term involvement in similar high-value projects across the region.
