YOUR ROLE:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers friendly professional and passionate about sales and service

• You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience

• You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries organised service-oriented and always with a smile

• As part of a dynamic branch environment You will confirm any damage with customers ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager

• Youll assist in refuelling vehicles supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand

• Youll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches ensuring timely service

• Youll support in preparing cleaning and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers

YOUR SKILLS:

• Sales Mindset You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support

• Custumer Focus You have experience in direct customer contact ideally in service tourism or sales

• Communication You are communicative and articulate in English

• Flexibility You are flexible team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work including weekends and holidays

• Driving Experience You hold a valid drivers licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
