This role is ideal for a practical and proactive individual with practical maintenance experience excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of property maintenance issues.

Working closely with landlords tenants and contractors you will coordinate and manage a wide range of maintenance and repair issues ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be confident prioritising workloads managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering a professional efficient service while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Maintenance Manager:

• Managing maintenance requirements across a portfolio of residential properties
• Coordinating contractors and monitoring repair works from instruction through to completion
• Arranging quotations and obtaining landlord approval for maintenance works
• Conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
• Handling landlord and tenant maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Ensuring all maintenance records compliance documentation and contractor information are accurately maintained

• Previous experience in property maintenance property management or facilities management
• Strong understanding of residential property maintenance and repairs
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to resolving issues
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
