Our client a leading international recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Wealth Management team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter who wants to own their desk build lasting client relationships and develop top talent across the financial services sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across Wealth Management Private Banking and Investment Management roles
Build and grow a strong client portfolio winning new business and strengthening existing relationships
Source engage and place high-calibre candidates using networking LinkedIn referrals and targeted outreach
Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs in a competitive fast-paced environment
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates providing market insight and guidance
Contribute to a high-performance culture collaborating with colleagues across teams
Proven recruitment experience in Wealth Management Financial Services or related sectors
Strong track record of business development and candidate delivery
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at senior levels
Highly motivated target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Ambition to grow further into a leadership role
Competitive basic salary: up to 60000 per year uncapped commission
