Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy site based close to Stallingborough.

Location
\n * Site based close to Stallingborough
\n * Own transport is recommended due to site location
Shift Pattern
\n * Monday - Friday
\n * 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate
\n * £14 per hour
Key Responsibilities
\n * Overseeing the movement of bales delivered onto site
\n * Transporting materials safely to storage and production areas
\n * Operating FLT equipment in a busy, fast-paced environment
\n * Supporting other operational areas of the site when required
\n * Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth site operations
\n * Adhering to all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Experience
\n * Minimum of 6 months' continuous experience in a similar FLT / Counterbalance role
\n * Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance certificate with the ability to evidence experience
\n * Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
Skills & Attributes
\n * Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
\n * Happy to assist with duties outside of FLT driving when required
\n * Strong teamwork and communication skills
\n * Ability to work efficiently within an established team
\n * Flexible and proactive attitude
Desirable
\n * Telehandler licence and experience would be advantageous
