You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative automation and low-code solutions while also mentoring junior team members and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives. This is a hands-on technical role, but also one that requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to influence strategic automation initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing: Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy automation and low-code solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Copilot. Client Engagement: Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to shape automation strategies and demonstrate value. Mentorship: Support and mentor junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team. (In some case running a small team) Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies, Copilot capabilities, and AI-driven automation trends, bringing fresh ideas to client projects. Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams, architects, and consultants to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to client needs. You’ll be confident leading engagements, shaping solutions, and bridging business and technology conversations. Key Skills & Experience: Eligibility for Security Clearance Proven experience in Power Platform development ( Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI ). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (e.g., Copilot Studio, Copilot in Power Platform). Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to C-level executives. Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading Developers. Excellent problem-solving, design, and analytical skills. Desirable Skills: Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform and/or Copilot. Previous RPA experience ( UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere ). Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, Python ) to extend low-code solutions Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure AI services or other enterprise systems What’s in It for You?
