The school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. Working alongside experienced class teachers, you will help run the classroom smoothly and provide tailored support to ensure an inclusive learning experience. This role is ideal for reflective, reliable practitioners committed to fostering positive relationships and consistency in education.
Assist the class teacher in running the day-to-day classroom environment.
Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group exercises tailored to pupils' learning needs.
Support positive behaviour management strategies and maintain daily routines.
Promote a calm, safe, and stimulating space that encourages pupil wellbeing.
Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role to support academic progress.
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary)
Location: Bexley, South East London
Start Date: September start with a clear temporary-to-permanent pathway
Pay: Competitive weekly pay paid directly through PAYE
Development: Access to free CPD training modules through Teaching Personnel
Support: Dedicated consultant guidance throughout your entire placement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
