The pub currently offers multiple trading areas centred around a large bar, supporting both a wet-led sports offer and a complementary food trade, with additional flexible space for meetings or community use. The internal layout is expected to evolve as part of the upcoming Grandstand investment, further enhancing the look, feel and overall guest experience.
Currently trading at around £16,000 per week with a 70/30 wet-led split, the pub already has a solid foundation.
