HR Advisor

Salary: £36,000 per annum pro-rata + 5% discretionary annual bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time (30 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a respected healthcare organisation based in Bath. Job Description
As HR Advisor, you will work closely with senior HR colleagues and operational teams to deliver proactive, high-quality human resources support across a broad portfolio. This includes advising on employee relations matters, driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and supporting strategic workforce planning. Your role will also involve the coordination of learning and development activity, digital HR system enhancements, and supporting medical staffing functions including appraisal frameworks for practitioners
