The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of façade and glazing projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a key role within a growing project delivery team, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle management from handover through to final account
• Programme development, coordination and progress reporting
• Management of subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Primary point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors
• Commercial awareness, cost control and change management
• Health & safety leadership in line with company and statutory requirements
• Proactive risk management and problem resolution
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to quality and budget

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within façades, glazing or building envelope packages
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems and construction processes
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Commercially astute with strong organisational ability
• Experience using project planning tools (e.g. MS Project / Powerproject)
• Ability to manage multiple live projects and work effectively under pressure
