  • Serve as the primary contact for bank relationship managers on operational matters.
  • Manage and compile required KYC documentation for banks and financial institutions.
  • Assist with monitoring foreign currency exposures related to cash and intercompany activity.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance documents, certificates, and regulatory information.
  • Maintain an organized database of KYC records and support compliance reviews or audits.
  • Ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinate and process intercompany fund transfers in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of intercompany loans, balances, and settlements.
  • Coordinate Letter of Credit applications.
  • Support implementation or enhancement of treasury systems, banking platforms, or automation tools.
  • Assist with cash pooling, centralization, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in internal audits, external audits, or special treasury-related reviews.
  • Contribute to policy updates, treasury procedures, and internal control enhancements.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with external banking partners.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
