Are you fluent in Norwegian and eager for a fantastic opportunity to work abroad? At Mercier Consultancy MD, we are excited to welcome a committed and enthusiastic Norwegian Speaking Customer Representative.

Your Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with care and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Become familiar with our client systems to provide efficient and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure the prompt resolution of customer issues.

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies tailored for remote work.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to relocating to Greece for this remarkable opportunity!
