ADDITIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED

The company will provide additional 121 up skill training focussing on their area of expertise covering specialist finance products and services.

EARNINGS:

YEAR 1: £65,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)

YEAR 2: £120,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)

LOCATION: Remote / Home Based or Hybrid

Successful candidates will need to commit to the first month being fully office based in Exeter, Devon, whilst you are completing the firms internal training program (cost are covered by the firm). Once completed you’ll have the option to work remotely from home or if you prefer work in a hybrid capacity, from home and the office in Exeter

Working as the Mortgage Broker / Financial Services Advisor you will join a successful, leading and established niche UK firm where the average case size across the team in 2024 was £4,097 (mortgage and broker fee only).

As the Mortgage Broker / Financial Services Advisor you will be responsible for working with clients to secure finance for their self-build and property development projects. This will involve identifying the most suitable lending options for clients, negotiating terms with lenders, and managing the mortgage application process from start to finish.

As the Mortgage Broker / Financial ServicesAdvisor you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• CAS status
• Full CeMap qualification
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Ability to manage a large mortgage pipeline
• Customer focused
• Ability to manage multiple leads a day
• Ability to plan own time/diary efficiently
• Full UK driving licence
