Flow Coordinator - Stretford

* 07:00 - 15:00
* Wednesday to Sunday
* Fixed shift pattern
Pay rates:
* 14.51 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Flow Coordinator:
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience in managing teams.
* Knowledge of food hygiene, security, and health and safety standards.
* Demonstrable experience of taking accountability for operational outcomes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems for stock holding and inventory checks.
Role for Flow Coordinator:
* Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
* Monitor and ensure productivity targets are consistently met.
* Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Support the development and training of operational team members.
* Oversee inventory accuracy and stock management processes.
